In every case of potential collaboration and interaction aimed at assistance and/or development, we apply an analytical Proof of Concept (PoC) model. Based on this model, we jointly determine how our partner’s needs can be realized with us, based on a decision made together. Whether we need to find a new international market, aim to open a new factory or office, launch a new product range, or create a new business model, we do not compromise on ethics, fairness and transparency.
